Disclosure - Replacement of the representative of a Juristic Party

We have been informed by Qalhat LNG SAOC , which holds a juristic seat in our Board of Directors, that they have nominated Mr. Khamis bin Khalifa bin Khamis Al Hashmi  in replacement of Mr. Mohammed bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Riyami.

Mr. Khamis Al Hashmi has an experience in financial & management accounting. He holds a certificate of Bachelor Degree in Accounting and ACCA qualified.
