Resolution of the Board of Directors' resolved in the meeting held on 27 February 2017

We are pleased to inform you  that the Board of Directors of Sohar Power Company (SAOG) resolved  the following  in its meeting held on February 27, 2017:

 

1-The Board approved the audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended 31 Dec     2016 along with the Board of Directors’ Report, Management Discussion Analysis Report and          Report on Code of Corporate Governance.    

 

2- To request the shareholders in the forthcoming AGM to approve for members of the Board of         Directors to participate in the management of another company conducting competitive business        to the business of the Company. 

 

3- Disclosure of General Meeting invitation on MSM website.
