Disclosure : Change of the representative of a juristic person in the Board of Directors

The juristic person in the Board of Directors Qalhat LNG SAOC informed the Company that it removed its representative in the Board Mr. Khamis bin Khalifa bin Khamis Al Hashmi and that it shall nominate his replacement at a later time.
