Disclosure - Board of Directors' Resolutions

The Board of Directors of Sohar Power Company SAOG is pleased to inform the Muscat Securities Market and the investors’ community that it has resolved the following in its meeting held on 23 October 2017.

1- The Board reviewed and approved the unaudited financial statements of the Company for the period ended 30 Spetember 2017 along with the Board of Directors’ Report.

2- To request the shareholders in the forthcoming OGM to be held in November 2017 to appoint the statutory auditors for the financial year ending 31 December 2017 and approve their fees
